MSDS 是什么意思？

MSDS 的英文全称为 Material Safety Data Sheet——直译为“材料安全数据表”。由于化学品运输基本都需要提供 MSDS 报告，MSDS 报告大多数都是针对化学品的，因此也叫做“化学品安全说明书”或“化学品安全技术说明书”  或“化学品安全数据说明书”虽然叫法不同，实质上都是同一份文件。

MSDS 和 SDS 一样吗？

国外尤其是一些欧洲国家习惯叫做 SDS（Safety Data Sheet）——安全技术说明书——把 Material 去掉，感觉范围更大，因为事实上不仅仅是材料 Material 才需要，含有某些材料 Material（特别是含有化学材料的）其他产品也需要提 供 MSDS，所以叫做 SDS 似乎更准确。也有说MSDS是以前比较普遍的叫法，现在基本都改称为 SDS 了。 其实，无论 SDS 还是 MSDS，指的都是同一种文件。

一份完整的 MSDS 包含哪些内容？

MSDS 实际上是一份全面的技术性安全使用说明书，主要包含所指产品的危害提示和安全操作指引， 主要包含如下 16 项内容：

Section 1：Chemical Product and Company Identification——化学品及企业标识

Section 2：Information on Hazardous Ingredients——成分信息

Section 3：Hazard identification——危害识别信息

Section 4：First Aid Measures——急救措施

Section 5：Fire Fighting Measures——消防措施

Section 6：Accidental Release Measures——意外泄露处置措施

Section 7：Handling and Storage——操作处置与储存

Section 8：Exposure Control/Personal Protection——接触控制与个体防护

Section 9：Physical and Chemical Properties——物理化学性质

Section 10：Stability and Reactivity——稳定性与反应活性

Section 11：Toxicology Information——毒理学资料

Section 12：Ecological Information——生态学资料 Section

Section13：Disposal Considerations——废弃处置信息 Section

Section14：Transportation Information——运输资料信息 Section

Section15：Regulatory Information——法规资料信息

Section 16：Other Information——其它信息文件的主体不同，有的是化妆品、有的是装饰的，是化学品的就叫MSDS。
